Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses the Platform's services.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 7777vip Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in the same name, the same household, the same device, or using the same payment instrument — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates are subject to immediate suspension. Any Real Money Balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be voided without compensation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information should any details change. 7777vip assumes no responsibility for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the Player.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The 7777vip Platform is operated for and directed at players within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your location. 7777vip does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. 7777vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 7777vip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 7777vip may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security incident.

Players are prohibited from selling, transferring, or assigning their account, or any interest in their account, to any other party. Any such transaction will result in immediate termination of the account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

7777vip supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-focused payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported channels may be updated from time to time at 7777vip's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. 7777vip reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Fully verified accounts typically receive GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes to 3 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times and system availability. 7777vip reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Own Payment Methods Only

Players may only deposit using payment instruments registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment instruments not belonging to the registered account holder may be refused and returned, subject to applicable fees. Any such attempted transactions may also trigger an account security review.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Only wagers placed on eligible game categories count toward Wagering Requirement completion. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward the Wagering Requirement — please refer to the promotion-specific terms for the applicable contribution rates.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Abuse Prevention

7777vip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other patterns of play designed to exploit promotional offers is identified. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with 7777vip.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777vip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account registration information;
• Creating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or associate;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to generate guaranteed profit at the expense of the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7777vip staff or other platform users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure without authorization.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777vip Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound recordings, and the overall layout and design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 7777vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 7777vip.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7777vip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or communication errors beyond 7777vip's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Interruption of service resulting from force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7777vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

7777vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts closed for breach will have their balances handled in accordance with the specific circumstances and 7777vip's internal compliance procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7777vip Platform.

Nothing in this section shall limit 7777vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.

Amendments
